AIRSTAY
Accessibility

This text is a compliance-oriented template. Have a Canadian lawyer review it before you take the site live.
1. Commitment
AIRSTAY aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We also designed the Site with Ontario’s AODA customer-service and integrated-accessibility standards in mind, and with the Accessible Canada Act’s principle of an accessible digital public square.
The interface supports keyboard use, visible focus, skip-to-content, labelled form fields, colour contrast on brand navy and sky blue, and a language toggle. Motion is modest; your operating system’s reduced-motion setting is respected where implemented.
2. Feedback and accessible formats
If you have trouble using any part of the Site, email support@airstay.ca or privacy@airstay.ca. We will work to provide the information in an accessible format and to fix barriers.
This statement does not replace a formal multi-year accessibility plan if AIRSTAY later becomes an obligated organization under AODA or the Accessible Canada Act. We will publish that plan when the threshold applies.
