Cookie Policy

Last updated: August 19, 2026

This text is a compliance-oriented template. Have a Canadian lawyer review it before you take the site live.

1. What cookies we use

Necessary: language (airstay.locale), session (airstay.session.v1), accounts stored locally (airstay.users.v1), and your cookie decision (airstay.consent.v1). These are required to run the Site you asked for.

Analytics (opt-in): measurement of page views to improve the Site. Off until you agree.

Marketing (opt-in): used only if we later add advertising pixels. Off until you agree. We do not load third-party ad pixels without this consent.

2. Canadian rules we follow

PIPEDA requires meaningful consent for non-essential collection. Quebec Law 25 requires clear, granular consent for cookies that are not strictly necessary. CASL applies to commercial electronic messages, not to the cookie banner itself.

You can change your mind at any time with the cookie banner controls or by emailing privacy@airstay.ca.
